Questions cleaners ask

No. Chai scores the turnover, not the person. Chai compares each photo against the reference photo your host set up and asks one question: does this match. It has no opinion about how you clean, how long you take, or how you compare to anyone else. Most flags are small, like a chair pushed in at an angle or a towel that didn't make it back to the shelf.

Your host sees what you submit: the checklist photos, anything you flag as running low, and any note you leave. That's the same information you'd be texting them anyway, in one place instead of spread across a week of messages.

No. Chai runs in your phone's browser from a link your host sends you. There's no app store download, no password, and no account. You can save it to your home screen so it opens like an app. It works on iPhone and Android.

No. You clean the way you normally would. The only difference is that you take the photos on the checklist as you go, and if Chai flags something you fix it before you leave instead of hearing about it the next day.

Retake it. There's no limit and no penalty. Chai just needs a clear photo.

Say so. You can dispute the flag and it goes to your host to look at, with your photo next to their reference photo. They decide. A flag isn't a mark against you, it's a second pair of eyes, and you get to disagree with it.

No. Photos are taken inside Chai, so they don't save to your camera roll.
